Minibar is all three.
The first thing we noticed was the attentive staff who were quick to serve.
The Caesar salad came within 5 minutes of ordering.
It was also very original; presented as long stalks of lettuce smothered in a mustard Caesar sauce, topped with the perfect amount of crispy bacon and completed with a poached egg.
The Parmesan chicken was cooked to crispy perfection, sprinkled with rocket and Parmesan to give it a pop and with a good amount of tomato sauce for flavor. The best bit was cutting through the chicken to watch cheese ooze out from within.
The Fish and Chips was your average fish and chips. A nice and crispy batter enclosed a soft inside.
Minibar has a romantic ambiance to it with good music to set the mood. Unfortunately, we noticed the mini bottles of water had a not-so mini price. (25B per tiny bottle).
